A FAMILY STORY
Sylvie Servella, born into a family of hoteliers, and her husband Denis Cippolini opened Servotel Saint-Vincent in Nice in 2003—a four-star hotel and restaurant born from their shared passion for exceptional hospitality and personalised service. With years of experience, they continue to run this remarkable establishment with a unique blend of warmth and professionalism.
In 2019, Sylvie, Denis, and their son Vincent—who grew up immersed in this world—founded Groupe SD Cippolini, a family-driven venture that quickly expanded. In June 2020, they took over Le Temps d’un Été, a stunning beachside venue on the Promenade des Anglais in Nice.
Since 2023, the Cippolini family has embarked on an ambitious project with Label France, a one-of-a-kind music festival that brings the Mediterranean shores to life each summer, becoming a must-attend event for music lovers and dreamers alike.
In 2024, Groupe SD Cippolini broadened its horizons once again with the acquisition of Mas des Magnans, a magnificent 18th-century Provençal estate, meticulously restored to offer an authentic and refined experience in the heart of Eygalières.
